What should be included in the order?
Full delivery address with post code
Name and telephone number of the contact person at the place of delivery
Name and surname and signature of the person authorized to place orders
Data for issuing the invoice: name, address and tax identification number
Please add: “I authorize Ultramare Sp. Z o.o. to issue invoices without a signature”
